By order of S.K. Rene D. Doiron, Right Eminent Grand Commander, each Commandery will be in a specified division that will be overseen by a Grand Commandery Officer. The division officer will assist the commanderies in his division. All schools will be under the guidance of our Military Instructor, John D. Baggett.

Each Commandery under the jurisdiction of the Grand Commandery of Maine is required to appoint a competent Sir Knight, to be designated as a Military Instructor, to attend a School of Instruction and be responsible for the proper instruction of his Commandery in the interpretation of the Tactics and Asylum Practices.

The Eminent Commander, Generalissimo, Captain General, Senior Warden, Jounior Warden, and Military Instructor of each constituent Commandery are required to attend one of the Schools of Instruction, in order that his Commnadery may receive proper credit on the Inspection Report at the time of the Inspection. All other officers and participation members of the Constituent Commanderies are requested to be present to familiarize themselves with the tactics and ritual and to enjoy the fraternal fellowship with other Sir Knights.

Grand and Constituent Officers and Military Instructors are required to be in full Templar Uniform in order to obtain full credit at the Schools.

No Council Officer of any Commandery shall serve as Military Instructor.

All Sir Knights are welcome and urged to attend. Uniforms are appropriate, but not required, except for the prior officers so stated.

Commanders or Recorders of assigned Commanderies will notify Host Commandery of number for supper from their Commandery. This will eliminate supper deficits.
